Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for JOD 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for JOD 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Lancaster Hotel Apartments-Gardens in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of JOD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a JD 50 deposit either payable in cash or on authorization on credit card. Cooking and Shisha pipes are not allowed in the property Please note that a marriage certificate is required upon check-in.
